The Agence Tunisienne de Coopération Technique was established in 1972 by Law No. 72-35 of April 27, 1972, to implement the state's policy in technical cooperation. It provides Tunisian professionals to foreign countries — particularly Arab and African nations — and participates in the implementation of development programs within bilateral or triangular cooperation frameworks.

A private higher education institution in Tunisia, part of the Honoris United Universities network since 2018. UPSAT specializes in healthcare training with campuses in Tunis, Sousse, and Sfax — a major source of qualified nursing and medical candidates.
Private Health & Paramedical University
A private university in Tunis specializing primarily in health and paramedical programs. Founded in 2000, it offers degree programs in nursing, physical therapy, anesthesia, nutrition, and midwifery — producing the certified healthcare graduates who form a core part of our candidate pipeline for Germany.
